I hate to leave a bad review but I want other pet owners to know the experience I had with Paula. She reported her house as non smoking but all of my dogs belongings came back smelling of cigarette smoke. I had to ask two days in a row for updates on how she was doing, in which case Paula insisted on using personal cell phones instead of the app. My pup is on a strict prescription food and one of the pictures Paula sent was my dog eating a completely different food that I was unaware of. When I went to pick her up she got confused on pickup times and was not awake, which I understand happens, however she was not professional when she answered the door. I would never leave my dog here again nor would I recommend any of my friends to her.
