We've had pets in our household since childhood and we love them all! We live in a quiet gated tropical neighborhood that offers a relaxed retreat for your pet. Our home is on a corner lot with a fully fenced yard. Your pet has plenty of grassed play area to run and frolic. There is a full sized swimming pool for those who enjoy a dip in the water (supervised of course). Calling all labs!! Play time and loving ear fluffs are served up all day. We will gladly accommodate any special needs, dietary requirements or medical care. Your special friend will feel right at home and will be spoiled with attention. We take cleanliness very seriously, which means we vacuum and mop every day when we are watching a pet. We also treat the home and yard for fleas and ticks using pet safe products. Fresh water is given continuously and food bowls are washed after every meal. ABOUT US - We own a pet-safe and eco-friendly cleaning service that caters to hundreds of pet owner families. So we work with animals everyday and sincerely love them and understand their needs. We are an eco-conscience household and use plant based, organic cleaning supplies to insure your little guy does not come in contact with harmful chemicals. We currently do not have a dog which means your pet will get full attention and you don't have to worry about personality conflicts from a territorial pet. We will always let you know if we are boarding another dog at the same time and only board animals that are calm and compatible. We are a quiet, non-smoking home with a relaxed lifestyle. DROP OFF / PICK UP We usually except dropoffs before 9:00 a.m. and pickups after 5:00 p.m.. We have found that this is the best way for guests to start their day and end their day with a more natural integration into their day. Obviously we will do our best to accommodate other times, but this is the preferred timeframe. CANCELLATIONS We understand that plans and vacations dates may change, so we are very flexible on the reservation policy. But please understand that we hold your spot and turn away others once you have booked. So please let us know as much in advance as possible when you know you need to cancel or change dates. DAMAGES Dogs are dogs and love to play. We understand that they will destroy toys and maybe even chew on their bedding. We also realize that accidents happen and the occasional clean up on the floor is understandable. But, any damages to furniture by scratching or chewing, damages to doors and walls, etc are 100% the responsibility of the dog owner and will need to be reimbursed. If you suspect your dog may damage items, please advise in advance so that we can follow the appropriate directions to prevent this activity. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
