Paul was great to my dog and was very flexible with meeting, dropping off, and picking up. He also tired my dog out which is exactly what I wanted. Will definitely be using again!

This is by far our worst experience with a Rover sitter. We had to drop off our pet at 8 am on Friday morning and the gentleman did not answer his door, phone calls, messages. It's a good 25mins drive from our home and I waited almost an hour at his door, without any use. I had to drive back to our house, drop our pet off and then drive to work. We were going on a flight that afternoon and all this caused so much of inconvenience. He called us after a while apologizing that he was asleep and his phone was on silent mode. We coordinated another timing to dropoff our pet around lunch. The place was very untidy and smelly. We did drop our pet there as we were running late for our flight and we did not have any other options but regretted that later. We were so worried about him all along and couldnt wait to pick him back up. By the time we went to pick him up, we were shocked to see him locked up in some old car in the backyard, with windows rolled up and no way for any sort of ventilation. God knows how long he was kept there. This is absolutely unacceptable. Our pet is almost 9 years and weighs 7 pounds. He is an old soul and very easy to manage. We still do not understand what was the reason to lock him up in some wrecked car. By the time we got him in our car, he was panting heavily and was so thirsty. I regret leaving our dog with such an irresponsible person. I wonder how he has the other good reviews, which led me to believe he will be a good care taker. May be he wasnt cought red handed abusing other dogs. I would give him a negative rating if I could.
