Pet care experience
I’m such a good dog-sitter that it’s made me famous. Okay, not exactly. But my family and I were featured twice on The Dodo for our work fostering pit bulls and rescues--almost 200 and counting over the past 3 years--and they’ve all been successfully adopted. You can see a video of us at work and play by googling "Amazing Family Has Fostered Over 180 Dogs". But sometimes we have a lull in our fostering, and I’ve found that it’s easier for me to stay "in the groove" if I always have a dog to take care of. Rover.com lets me do just that. AND pays me for it—what a deal! A little more about me: I care deeply for all forms of life, whether human or not, and that allows me to take care of each and every dog that comes through my door like they were my own child. I feel like I understand dogs better than people, so naturally, I want to spend as much time with them as possible. I work from home and am always here, so your dog will have my full attention all day, every day! My family consists of me, my fiancée, our daughter, and our four dogs. Everyone, including our dogs, has extensive experience in caring for canines. We live in the River Crossing neighborhood. I love that so many people in our neighborhood have pets. Your dog will love seeing all the different animals and pets when we go on walks! Bully breeds are my specialty, but I’ll look after any dog. I just love them all so much. I absolutely can’t wait to meet you and your dog soon! We take on any dog with any temperament and give them a happy and pleasant experience on their walks or in our home. We only use positive reinforcement techniques that are both safe and pleasant for the dogs under our care. It is important to us to go above and beyond in making our 4-legged family members happy. Most importantly, our dogs are part of our family, and yours will be treated the same love and respect!

Paul was the best. He really understands dogs. I would HIGHLY recommend him!!
Paul and Kim did an amazing job taking care of our dogs!!! They not only kept them safe and well during their stay, but also made an effort to make them feel relaxed and at peace. One of my dogs felt a little scared at the beginning, and Kim embraced him with lots of affection and individual attention, putting him at ease. They sent us updates and pictures regularly, making us feel reassured that our babies were in good hands. They were flexible and accommodating with drop-off and pick-up, making it easy and hassle-free. Paul and his fiancé are pleasant and welcoming; and more importantly, they have a genuine love for animals. We, enthusiastically, recommend them!!! Thank you Paul and Kim! We'll see you next time, God willing! :)
Max is sound asleep snoring on his back!!! Looks like he had a fun and busy weekend with his new friends! Thank you so much!!
Awesome job taking care of our fur babies! Loved how flexible and reachable Paul was. Excellent care. Highly recommend!

Information Paul K. would like to know about your pet
No breed preference here. I have a system for introducing dogs to one another that, so far, has 100% success rate. That said, the more I know about a dog's personality and what he/she likes to do for fun(snuggler, chaser, tugger, etc), the better I can make their experience while they are with me!
A typical day
Your dog and I will spend a lot of time in my backyard playing, running around, being goofy, etc. Depending on their interactions with my dogs, they may be able to hang out in the house with us as well. If it turns out that they’re not great with other dogs, I'll keep them in one of the two permanent mastiff kennels in our living room while we are inside. I spend a lot of time inventing different toys and fun games to play with dogs in the yard, so your dog will get plenty of exercise and new experiences.
