Experienced Dog Mom of 2 🐶🌤️🫶🏼

Pet care experience

**Please note I typically allow up to two small dogs or one medium/large dog to book with me at one time. I have some leeway with overlapping bookings, depending on several factors (i.e. dog's temperament/routine, repeat clients I'm familiar with, etc.) MEDIUM TO LARGE DOG BOARDING & DAYCARE AVAILABILITY FOR APRIL (~30+ LB) 4/29 - 4/30 Hi! My name is Pau, and I’m an experienced pet sitter. I’ve loved living with my family’s English Bulldog over the years and am so happy to be able to take care of our 6 y/o Samoyed, Moo 🐮. My partner and I also recently adopted our little miniature schnauzer mix, Miffy! Both dogs are so sweet. Moo gets along well with dogs but prefers to keep to himself. Miffy just turned one year old and loves to play!

Pau as usual was amazing with Nymeria!! She takes such good care of her, and she always comes back with a huge smile. Definitely highly recommend! Pau will always be our go to sitter :)

Lando enjoyed his stay with Pau! Pau kindly took Lando and introduced him to her lovely dogs and they got along very well. Pau sent photos and videos throughout the day and made me feel at ease that my Lando was with someone who cares about the dogs they watch. I was slightly later to pick up Lando and Pau was so kind about it that I’m very grateful. Lando has found his new rover moving forward! Thanks Pau!

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN BOOKING WITH ME: - I would love to take care of your sweet pup and typically set a Meet + Greet for new clients to go over expectations and discuss your dog's specific needs. - I am very familiar with dogs of many breeds and ages. However I am transparent and will communicate if I don't think we're a good match (and I hope you do the same!) I value your time and will not overcommit to any responsibilities I'm unable to give proper care to. - I typically send updates most frequently on the first day of a booking to ensure your pup is adjusting well! For longer stays, I like to take pictures throughout the day and send updates in batches, usually in the morning and at night. - I'll confirm with you before giving your dog anything that's not part of their regular routine (ex: treats/fruits and veggies/etc.) - My dogs are up to date on their vaccinations + flea medication - I offer pick up/drop off services for an additional fee that's indicated in my profile. If I do decide to take the dogs for a car ride (ex: to a farther park/a hiking trail/etc.), I will always ask permission from you before doing so. - Any request where the sitter cannot leave for more than 3 hours at a time will be subject to my constant care rate. - I am very responsive and am open to any questions or concerns you may have. Please feel free to reach out! ENVIRONMENT + SAFETY: I live in a spacious 1 bedroom apartment my dogs are free to roam around. Feel free to bring your pup's crate if they like to stay in one. I also have a playpen I can set up if needed. I'm very attentive on walks to ensure all dogs under my watch have the best experience possible and will be sure to discuss any preferences you have for them while you're gone. The more detail the better!

Information Pau V. would like to know about your pet

My dogs are very friendly and get along with a variety of dogs. It would be super helpful to know the following: - is your pup potty trained? - do they have any allergies/a sensitive tummy? - can they walk with other dogs? - does your dog like to socialize or do they prefer to relax with other dogs they've had a proper intro with? - does your dog have any quirks I should know about? - Has your dog exhibited any sort of aggressive behavior in the past? - Are they up to date on their vaccinations? - Are they on a prescription (vs. over the counter) flea preventative?

A typical day

I typically take the dogs out ~4 times a day. This includes two long walks, with a short afternoon break and one more time right before we go to sleep.

Moo, Miffy, my partner, and I live in a spacious 1 bedroom apartment in West Hollywood, and our complex has a fenced in yard we like to go. We’re also super close to a couple of great parks and quiet neighborhoods that we love to take long walks in. SCHEDULE: I work a hybrid schedule and usually go to the office Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I will be your pet's primary care provider, but my partner works in the mornings/gets back home in the early afternoon and will take the dogs out then. Ultimately our pups aren't left alone for more than 4-6 hours. I have a camera in my living room that we use to make sure the pups are okay while we're gone. If you are interested in booking but would like to discuss a different schedule, please reach out! I have a lot of flexibility and can plan around your needs.
