Hi, I’m Patty—let me welcome your pup to our animal-friendly, family home! We are a flexible and low-key household, complete with three dogs, two cats, and two tortoises. Your dog or cat, etc. :) will be welcomed into our home and treated like one of the family while he’s here. We can’t wait to meet him! My own furrbabies are use to sharing their space and I have experience giving meds, cleaning up a dog or accident, throwing a ball till my arm is sore or playing tug a rope for an hour. I have a weakness for sharing my popcorn but can resist those puppy eyes when I have to. I don’t kennel often but have a large dog crate if training is required and have other spaces and gates to meet lots of special needs. We’ve potty trained a few and they learn so well with help from our older dog girl. I absolutely love dogs and have experience caring for several kinds of breeds including working, toy and senior. Loving dogs may seem like a common statement on here, but my whole life has been shaped around loving, helping and caring for animals. I was the kid who grew up reading dog books and watching every horse and dog movie. My pets were my friends and that has not changed! I get so many benefits from my furry friends like stress relief, exercise and companionship. It seems natural for me to help people care for their four-legged best friends as well.
