Pet care experience
I grew up caring for both family and neighborhood dogs and turned to professional pet sitting in college. CPR trained with 5 years experience and continuing my graduate education, I don’t yet have the funds for adopting a dog of my own, but I would love to care for your pup(s) or cat(s) and am confident in my ability to provide them a home away from home. I am incredibly patient, nurturing, and active and have a natural tenderness in caring for animals. Your pup(s) (or kitty) will be my highest priority during their stay. I am comfortable administering oral medication, giving baths, and providing as many snuggles as desired and am happy to host multiple pets at a time or just your own, depending on your preferences. Just ask. Because my family pets have always been rescues, we understand every pet is different and requires a different approach to their care. Please consider me as you carefully select care for your pet!

Patti was wonderful with Simba. She sent us cute picture updates and was very responsive when we had any questions. I would definitely use her again!
Patti is awesome!! She took such good care of our dog for 2.5 weeks while we were out of the country without cell service. Skippy had some minor issues and she handled them with ease! He had a great time and loved it there. Will definitely use her again next time we need a sitter!!!

Potty training, leash training, as well as known commands, fears and unique behaviors, personality traits, and most successful environments. We prefer hypoallergenic or short haired pups, but we certainly don’t discriminate, as we’d much rather have a dog to love on than no dog at all.
A typical day
Our apartment complex borders the river and is sandwiched between two parks, so we will go on many walks, play all the fetch, and explore the outside. We also love to swim, so if your pup loves water, we would love to venture out to the river.
