I'm on my third dog now after being a cat person through my youth and young adult years. Due to rescue dog challenges with my 2nd dog well trained on dog obedience.

Our Meadow stayed with Patrina and King for 3 nights and she was so well taken care of. Many trips to the different dog parks during the day despite some rain. Loved receiving photos of her and King playing. Was able to enjoy our trip and not worry at all! Thanks so much for your wonderful care.

Patrina is an outstanding Rover host. She is responsive, responsible, and provided multiple daily updates. My dog had a fantastic time during her stay, becoming good friends with Patrina's well-behaved dog, King. Patrina went the extra mile with walks, park visits, and off-leash hikes. She treated my dog like her own, allowing her on the bed and as her lap companion. I highly recommend Patrina for your Rover needs!

I have a very relaxed home when it comes to dogs. They're allowed on furniture and my son's dog sitting clients would frequently sleep with me and King. At the same time I respect the rules of your home so happy to keep your dog off the furniture and/or crate them at night.

Dogs must be house-broken and neutered. Too many accidents happen otherwise as staying with someone new is always a little stressful for your dog. Willing to administer medications but please note that on your request. If your dog pulls, please provide a choke collar or equivalent of your choosing. I will work with your dog on our walks to not pull but need extra help through devices designed to break dogs of that habit.
A typical day
A typical day includes breakfast followed a 1-2 mile walk. On the weekends it's typically a visit to Stulsaft Park for off-leash fun. Afternoons are another 1-2 mile walk followed by dinner. Treats and hanging out in the yard occur throughout the day based on their interest.

I work from home and take my own dog on two daily walks in addition to play time in the yard. On the weekends tend to go for adventure walks including visits to Stulsaft Park.
