Experienced & Fun doggo friend :)

Pet care experience

I have lived with and cared for several dogs over the years and starting rover in 2020 has been amazing! I grew up with 3 family dogs, lived with others on several instances, and have boarded dogs of all ages for up to 2 weeks at a time for friends and family. I lead an Active lifestyle so long walks, biking, hiking and lots of playtime are all accommodated if desired for your pupper. They all love going on a bike run while i bike beside them. Also willing to bathe and/or brush if needed. I love taking photos as well, so you'll get some of the best pictures of your fur baby you've ever seen :) They will love their vacation at uncle Patrick's place!

Patrick was great! I am so so happy that I picked him. He sent me a bunch of updates, along with telling me if my puppies had an accident etc. He took them on many walks and supervised their playing as my big dog can be a little aggressive. He enjoyed watching them. With the photos that were being sent they seem like they just loved him. The photos were also just amazing shots. This was my first time leaving my puppies who are 6 months old to someone on rover. We had to go to a funeral and despite all that. I was not stressed about my puppies being taking care of. As Patrick enjoyed watching them with their crazy energy. I will 100% keep Patrick as my top dog sitter! Thank you so much for making sure I was not stress about leaving them.

Indy had a great time with Patrick. Patrick was a very good fit for Indy! Indy is an active puppy and loves to be outside, run and chase the ball! Patrick took Indy on new adventures like running beside a bicycle. Patrick was great with communication, sending updates and seeing to Indy's individual needs. Would highly recommend using Patrick for any type of stay, as we needed someone to be with our boy close to 24/7! We picked up a very happy boy after his stay with Patrick.

Patrick was RAD! We had ease of mind knowing that Pixie was fed, exercised, and most of all, loved. He also sent some great pix of how she spent her time. We will definitely rebook with him in the future.

Patrick took excellent care of our labrador retriever. He played with him, gave him plenty of exercise, and was patient with his antics. I highly recommend Patrick and would totally use him again!!

Safety, trust & environment

I have no current pets and neither do my neighbors so your little guy/girl will have all my attention and no direct distractions or possible issues. (Can accommodate solo stays on request) Plenty of open floor space, & an enclosed back yard with the minimum wall height at 6' along the side of the house (can be blocked off). Back yard is gravel for easy cleanup but also have a dirt section if they have "issues" on rocks. Several parks in walking distance 1 of which is a dog park. Daily long runs/walks, hikes, bike runs and cuddles are ready waiting!

Information Patrick M. would like to know about your pet

No breed preferences specifically but it would be important to know their age, activity level, health history, temperment with other dogs (for the park or other boardings), and any personalized things that are special between you and your pupper than i can do to make them feel as comfortable as possible.

A typical day

All the puppers love the bike runs/walks we do! I let them get all their energy out at whatever distance they want. I love to walk to the park from my house, there are several within walking distance as well as an actual dog park. I have a long stretch along the side of the house where I like to throw a ball for them and also, if you're OK with it, taking them to some off the surrounding mountains for hikes.

Availability

I currently sell solar by appointment only, so I am home a lot outside of appointments and rarely if ever have a "full work day". Between my roomate and I,(also on rover) one of us is always home and both are rarely ever gone for more than 2-3 hours. So your furry best friend will have all the spoiled attention. We love cuddles and playtime. I am available for any service needed except staying overnight in your home and will be punctual with updating my schedule.
