Pet care experience
With having over 13 years of experience in the pet industry, both in a holistic approach and being a former Vet Tech assistant, I am known among my peers as a true dog whisperer! I love giving training advice as well as nutrition and grooming tips. I often use my 3 dogs (big, medium and small) as examples on how to perform certain tasks we are going over. With having so many dogs all with their own personalities, I tend to get along with even the most stubborn of dogs. All pups have their own unique personalities that should be celebrated, but should also be kept in mind for their walks and boarding experiences. The same methods that are applied to people should be applied to our pets. Our 4 legged family members are often seen as our children and should be treated as such.

I can't speak highly enough about Patricia. She was not only an absolute joy to connect with but was incredibly thorough, kind, and accommodating. We found her after having searched for days for a sitter and there is truly no comparison between Patricia and the handful of others we talked to. She was flexible with our last minute booking, offered to drop by before we confirmed to meet the dogs and make sure they felt comfortable with her (honestly, I can't imagine any dog not being comfortable with her!) and kept us updated with regular texts, photos and videos while we were away. Each time she came over, we ended up spending 90% of the time just chatting because she was so amazing to talk to. Her kind, caring nature is evident within minutes of meeting her and she has a true connection to animals. She even gave one of our dogs a little birthday "cake" for his birthday! When we came back, I think our dogs missed Patricia more than they'd even missed us! We felt so secure and relieved leaving both our dogs and house in her care and HIGHLY recommend her.
Patricia was amazing, she took such great care of our pup, sent photos throughout the night and followed all of my specific directions for our medical needs dog to a T. I would 100% seek out her care the next time we are in Santa Rosa.
Our dogs loved Patricia ! She kept us informed with photo and text updates! The house was in total order when we got home! I would totally recommend patricia !! Thank you!!

I have a fenced yard for play time while here on their stay! We do crate our guests overnight just to keep everyone as safe as possible, and provide the crate so you have nothing to worry about for their stay. While at yours, I ensure a proper fitting collar or harness for when going on walks (stopping and having them sit at every corner before crossing the street,) ask for a detailed list of instructions and allergies from you and try to keep their routine as close as possible to the norm.

How do they get along with other animals? Do they have leash or dog aggression? Are they crate trained? Is there food allergies or aggression I should be aware of? Do they have prey drive? Is there anything you would like me to teach your pet while they are in my care? I am open to all breeds as long as they are friendly with other dogs, seeing as I have 3 of my own everyone's safety is my highest priority.
A typical day
I love taking my guests to walks on trails or to dog parks (if they are pet friendly) so they can run and play with others. I love getting amazing pictures of my clients to send to their pet parents while they are in my care.
