My husband and I adopted a 5-month-old puppy from a local shelter. The dog was supposed to be my furry friend, but turned out to love my husband more, so much so, she would have terrific separation anxiety if we boarded her at a kennel. Patricia P. offered to take her when we went on trips and separation anxiety was no longer a problem. Patricia had a dog at the time who got along beautifully with ours, so companionship helped. Patricia took such good care of our Beamer; I became third in line for her affection (LOL.) She, also, when needed, cared for our two adopted cats. She is a true "pet-whisperer."

Trusting someone to care for your pup and best friend, especially for an extended period of time, is one of the most emotionally challenging decisions we ever have to make. When I suddenly found myself needing to travel for work, Patricia (Patty) made that difficult decision as painless as possible for me and my little one. Rossi immediately felt at home with her Yellow Lab puppy Luna, where they got to play in Patty's grassy fenced in yard to their hearts' content.
