Responsible dog lover in the city

Pet care experience

I'm Patricia and I own 2 thirteen year olds black Poms, who are my fur babies. In the past I had a bunny, 2 hamsters, a turtle, a fish and 2 cats. I really love animals and I'm very comfortable around all types of pets. About experience, I have over 20 years of loving and taking care of dogs in all different shapes, sizes. Keeping them safe and happy is a priority for me. I work in Chelsea and I know all the places to walk around. Please let me know if I can help with any of your dog sitting needs.

This is WAY overdue. Patricia is amazing. I have two fairly difficult dogs. Patricia used to walk one of them, Sadie, every day for an hour while I was at work. Some days I'd work from home and when Patricia came, over Sadie would literally lose her mind with excitement. I've never seen her so happy to see anyone! Patricia always sent very detailed reports with professional-grade photos (no joke). Those photos and notes were the best part of every day. Our other dog, Dakota, can be a bit cantankerous with people coming into our home, but Patricia was a gem with her--immediately getting down on the floor to soothe Dakota's fears. In no time, they were good friends. But what makes me most grateful to Patricia is how she handled an emergency where Dakota escaped the dog park by climbing through a hole in the fence (NO fault of Patricia's, it was something the park should have been aware of) and TOOK OFF into the city streets. Patricia handled the situation so gracefully. I really don't know what I what have done without her. She immediately found a responsible individual to watch Sadie (exactly what she should have done given that she needed to sprint after Dakota into busy streets and traffic) and called me with her exact whereabouts while she pursued Dakota. She called the police to alert them and get help tracking Dakota. The story is too long to tell in full here, but what matters is that Patricia handled a terrible situation in the most responsible way possible--she's the reason we got our dog back safely. Dakota was injured from her escape (she's since made a full recovery), and Patricia stayed by my side at the vet. Honestly, she's an angel. We've since moved and I still miss Patricia so much :(. I know my dogs do too. So grateful for all you've done for us, Patricia.

Patricia is wonderful! She was patient and attentive with my various specific requests and - most importantly - clearly cares deeply about dogs. Will definitely be asking her to walk my pooch again!

Patricia was very responsive whenever I checked in about Winston and left us great feedback so we weren't worried. She checked in with photos and comments about how he was, can't wait to have her again!
