Pet care experience
I've had dogs/cats/horses all my life and I adore them all! my own pets are my babies and are treated like lil humans. All animals should know nothing but love and respect. I'm a self-taught dog trainer as a hobby mostly to help friends, family and rescue dogs. I've been a volunteer for a German Shepherd Rescue Organization for 5 years and was the main temperament evaluator for my county for sheltered animals and re-homing animals to new homes. I assess what each pet needs are and make sure they are met with lots of love and praise. I can assist with any basic commands or bad habits while in my care, while pet walking, home visits or overnight stays, if needed free of charge, I enjoy seeing pets reach their full potential. I have 4 dogs ranging from small to extra large and 2 adorable cats and I'm blessed they all allow me to live with them and care for them. I believe our pets choose us, we don't choose them. A typical day
Your dog/cat will be pampered with lots of attention. This is a pet friendly home so I don't crate unless absolutely necessary or if your pet prefer nap time in a kennel otherwise its sofas and beds in my house. I believe its less stressful for pets to know that they may not be home but it sure will feel like it. We have backyard play fetch, tug o war, some lite training (as I like to keep the minds sharp) if its hot they can play in the kiddie pool. I also like to take them for a few walks a day if they are overnight or daycare. I have an enclosed lanai so if its raining playtime doesn't stop.
