Hello dog owners! 
My name is Pat (friends call me Paddy), and I am passionate about dogs and animals in general. I recently retired from a 35 year career and have a lot of free time on my hands. I’ve always wanted to offer in-home pet care as I know how hard it can be to find good pet care. I love dogs and have always had dogs in my life. I am a long time resident of Peterborough. Our clean and tidy home has a fully fenced back yard with lots of room for your dog to romp. Great walking areas are nearby as well for dog walks. Rest assured your dog is in very good, caring hands. Our own small dog, Bailey, is an 11 year old Lhasa-Poo, who is very playful and loves the company of other dogs. He is very submissive so it will be important that your dog is not aggressive. I have great availability and I'm home all the time, so I will make time to fit your doggy into my schedule. I will only accept one dog at a time to ensure that your dog receives mine, and Bailey’s, full attention. What Pat would like to know about your pet: Before taking care of your dog, I would like to know if your dog has been house trained. What kind of behavior your dog has? Is your dog allergic to anything? Is your dog friendly with people and with other dogs? Our small dog Bailey can sometimes be overwhelmed by aggressive dogs so I am looking for a well-mannered dog that can come into our home and will get along well with our dog. I also require that your dog be up to date on annual vaccines, and be on protection against fleas and ticks. Let me know what walking and feeding schedule your dog is used to so we can provide consistency to his/her routine. I am also OK to come and check your pet at your home throughout the day (if required), let your dog out, or play with your pet while you are away. Sitter Requirements: Please reach out to schedule a meet and greet so that Bailey and I can get to know your pet. To keep everyone safe, I require a copy of your dog’s vaccination certificate and any other important information about your dog’s care.
