Thanks Parker, for doing a video call before booking our doggy day care stay. This was our first rover experience and our Gio seemed happy ?
Parker did a fantastic job watching our large lab-mix. From start to finish, he showed good communication in video messaging us before the care started so that he could understand exactly what we needed. He took notes during the process, and provided helpful updates/pics/rover cards for each visit. When our flight was delayed on the way back, he stepped up and was willing to let our dog out another time before we got home later than anticipated. Great job!
