Paola was an absolutely amazing pet-sitter. Our dog Elvira is an adorable teeny tiny thing that’s very easily scared and generally anxious. Paola took great care of her, she made her feel so comfortable and at ease. She did the same for us, sending us the multitude of pictures we had asked for, even when Elvira was out for a walk as well. This was our first rover experience, and will definitely not be our last. Paola was a genuine pleasure, and we felt safe and happy leaving Elvira in her hands.

Paola is amazing! From the get go I felt confident about leaving my fur-baby with her. She was extremely prompt with all correspondence, went out of her way to meet me prior to booking (to set my mind at ease), and then treated Tyrion like her own. She happily shared updates and pictures with me throughout the stay (I'm not sure who had more fun! Tyrion or Paola! lol) - I would highly recommend her and I will definitely be leaving Tyrion in her care again in future :)
