This was my first time using Rover.com to board my Joey. I was apprehensive at first, but after meeting Paola for the first time, my anxiety disappeared. Joey and her family hit it of right off the bat; she treated him like he was her own. Very loving and patient. I received updates by text and video every day while I was away, which reassured me that Joey was in good hands. And even before his stay, her communication with me was timely and pleasant. She even gave him a bath before he returned! Thank you Paola, for being so good to Joey and being such a sweetheart! There is NO DOUBT that I will use her services again!!!
