I cannot say enough about Paola! My pup has a lot of separation anxiety and historically, it’s not a good situation to have her boarded. So, when I had to come to Indy, I brought her with me. However, when I left for my daily duties, I was not unable to leave her in the room. She would bark incessantly, and I had to find somewhere to put her during the day and fairly quickly. I booked with Paola in a matter of minutes and she was so kind and so accommodating and didn’t just watch my dog for me. She personalized their days. She was aware of Kennedy‘s separation anxiety and did what she could to help her overcome it. And well I don’t think my pup was doing cartwheels across the yard and celebration, it was a much better experience for her. She was happy to see me when I picked her up every day, and not looking like I was rescuing her from misery. Which means so much to me because I didn’t feel so guilty for leaving her somewhere that was going to cause her so much stress. So, I wish there were people like Paola everywhere so I can knowingly leave my puppy somewhere where I know she’ll be safe and comfortable every time I travel. Thank you so much, Paola! You have no idea the miracles you perform this week. LOL
