Pet care experience
I’ve raised two puppies & I am still raising a big goof ball of German Shepard mix named Gambit. In my home I am more than happy to provide your puppy with all the love, treats, and attention I would with my own. I have a large apartment with plenty of room for exploring, & plenty of toys that Gambit likes to share. He enjoys the company of small dogs and is super gentle! I also have a crate if your puppy may need their own personal space or spot to lay, but if they don’t prefer that I also have plenty of sofa and bed space for them to relax!

Paola is such a GEM! Sweet, friendly, communicative, and punctual- she took excellent care of our dwarf hammy for the week we were out of town. Provided regular updates and respected our hamster’s needs. Highly recommend and will definitely be asking her to watch our girl whenever we are out of town again 🥰

Paola was absolutely amazing. It was our wedding weekend and this was the first time doing the Rover house sitting. I have never left my older dog Emma with anyone other than my parents so I was a bit nervous, but Paola was so good to all of our pets and really cared about them. She sent us daily pictures (the cutest pictures!) and she even brought our older pup Emma out of her shell. She also watched our large dog Arnold and our cat Benny. I would highly recommend Paola to watch anyone’s pets. She was such a great choice. Thank you Paola!!

My home is open to any fur baby! My dog is five years old with tons of energy and loves dogs who can match him, but also knows when he’s not wanted... which more likely than not happens with smaller dogs who want nothing to do with his curious attitude & that’s okay! Whatever your dog needs my boyfriend, gambit, & I will be there for them! If it’s just some cuddling or playing tug of war to get their minds off of their owners “abandoning them” than I am more than game (: I also live in a pet friendly gated community that’s safe even for those late night strolls!

I’d love to know all your dogs quirks! If they tend get really sad and don’t eat when their owners aren’t there or if they pace back and forth in front of doors to let their owners know they need a potty break! As well as eating schedule/ permitted treats!
A typical day
If okay with the owner I love taking my dog to river walk & maybe even grabbing a pup-a-chino on the way! On a daily basis I take my dog out to the restroom/ stroll around my apartment complex 3 times a day & have no issue going out more! I also have a pretty big porch I leave the screen door open to so that my dog can sunbathe & enjoy barking at ALL the birds that fly by!

Availability
My schedule varies from day to day depending on my shift but during days off I like to start the morning off with a long walk or run with my puppy. Then make sure he gets his supplements, food, & a small treat. My favorite thing to do is go to the dog park or bluffs with my dog, or really any space where I can have him run around. Hope your pup can join us!
