Pet care experience
I am a healer by profession and still practice acupuncture. Although treating animals is not covered under my California acupuncture license, dogs sense the healer and enjoy a little massage. Dogs, like people, need exercise to be healthy especially after a day alone in the house. I enjoy taking the dog on a walk or run if he is able or playing catch and fetch. Each dog is unique and has different activities that he or she enjoys. With each new doggie friend I look for ways to fulfill their need for interesting activity, exercise, and fun and loving companionship. I love cats and have a great rapport with them too.

Pamela is a first-class human being. She has helped and been a friend to many dogs (and cats) through the years. She took good care of our neighbor's dog for a long time, but the thing that stood out in that case was her big heart. She went beyond the basics to make sure that dog was well cared for psychologically as well as physically. (The owner didn't live at the house.) She has rescued more than one cat, taking one to the vet when he arrived at her door injured. She couldn't determine the owner but took care of the cat, who recovered. She found one of her own cats in the pound, hidden in the back with pneumonia. (They were ready to put her away.) She chose that one and nursed him back to health. She is loving and caring with people too, and is a trained acupuncturist/Chinese medicine physician. A dog will be lucky to know her.
