I first met Pamela when I managed the animal shelter when we were stationed together in Rota, Spain. She volunteered her time and energy for our shelter. Pamela was akways dependable and caring and considerate with the other volunteers and staff. It was very obvious that she is an animal lover! She gave of herself in such a way that the animals received the best care possible, no matter how long it took to walk, feed, and clean up our dogs and cats.
