Your fur baby is MY fur baby!
Pet care experience
Dogs are a GIFT! They are mirrors of our souls. They are our children. While in my care, your fur baby will be SAFE, loved, coddled and have tons of playtime with my Lucy. I work from my home, so I am always available other than may be running out to do a few errands. If your baby needs a little extra calming or loving, I am available 24/7. My yard is a quarter acre. Most of it is fenced in by a 4 1/2 foot high fence. Tons of room for dogs to run and play and also many lovely shady spots for them to rest. I also have a doggie door! Which is great! Almost every single dog who has come to visit has learned it within the first five minutes of being here. That means they can come and go as they please, under my watchful eye when they are out. The doggie door is locked at night. And your dog is either sleeping in its crate or on the couch or a dog bed up in my living room. They do not have the privilege of sleeping with me in my bed. Only Lucy gets that lol. But there is plenty of room for them to find a comfy spot to sleep for the night.
Reviews
Pamela was great! We were visiting from Florida and were looking for somewhere to bring our two dogs to have a fun day while we were at a golf tournament. Pamela agreed to take our two dogs even though we were unable to do a meet and greet before since we were out of state. I ended up being late dropping them off and late picking them up, thankfully Pamela was super accommodating! She had a fenced in yard, which I loved so the dogs could be out back off leash. She had a very cute friendly beagle. She sent updates on the dogs with pictures, which I love. Needless to say, these two pups came home and slept the rest of the night, which is exactly what I was looking for. We visit every year for this golf tournament and would use her again!
Pam took such great care of Luna when we were on vacation! This was the 1st time that we went away since adding Luna to our family and I was so nervous about leaving her. She truly treated her like family. Pam's home and yard are set up perfectly and her communication was the best! I can't thank Pam enough for her services! She comes highly recommended from our family!

SAFETY is my top priority! Your dog is being watched when outdoors. There is a huge yard all fenced in. Most dogs get used to using the doggie door, so they can come and go into the yard on nice days. Keeping the yard clean and full of toys is a must.

Information Pamela H. would like to know about your pet
Making sure different dogs who will be boarded together is KEY. That is why a Meet & Greet is so important. Things I consider are size, breed and sex. Males are definitely more dominant; therefore, I am very cautious when overlapping dogs. Thankfully, I am able to create me being the Alpha to get the respect of the dogs and 95% of the time, they listen, obey and all get along.
A typical day
I do Not walk your dog. There is plenty of room in the yard to romp and play, plus it is safer this way. I will often go outside to throw all sorts of toys from one side of the yard to the other and back again to get all of that energy out! I find leaving the tv on while they are upstairs in the living room is calming. After I have dinner, it's time to cuddle on the couch and watch tele. After their final nighttime business, I calm them down for a good night's sleep.

My other business is home-based. Rarely will I leave your dog home alone. Usually, I only go out for short periods such as to run an errand.
