Pet care experience
I'd love to stroll and/or jog with your dog! I am located near Duke's East Campus and I enjoy looping around the trail. I have morning, afternoon, & evening availability and an eagerness to get out and about. My dogs, Chief and Mi, are two energetic mutts that can attest to my ability to keep up! I'd love to meet your cherished family member! Let me know what stage of training your dog is at and how I can best further the effort. I am very responsive to messages and am enthusiastic to accommodate short notice requests. Please message me with any questions or specific requests. I look forward to chatting with you and getting moving with your pup! I will be sure to snap several photos throughout our adventure!

Paige was fantastic. We've never had anyone sit for us who demonstrated so much love for our pets. She took our dog on great walks, sent many photos of him smiling (actually smiling!), and spoiled him with a special treat on Christmas. Our pup can't wait for her to visit again. I am prepared to walk/wander about & work on leash skills. That said, if your pet is a bit anxious/reactive in public and/or you’d rather limit exercise to private spaces, I am happy to accommodate yard time / long lead excursions. Whatever your pup is comfortable with!

I appreciate folks that are experienced and comfortable with medium to large breed pups. Especially if able to navigate a dog to dog sighting/meet and greet w/out issue.
A typical day
I think pups do best with ample sniff / investigative time. I like to take walks slowly to allow for exploration and inquisitive meandering. The world is an interesting place!
