Hello! I am an experienced and dedicated dog lover who would like to open her home to pet sit your dog or dogs :) I have experience working at dog kennels as well as vet offices. I have trained dogs for five years now at obedience, agility, and enforce good manners with positive reinforcement. I am used to handling one dog or a pack. I have three American Staffordshire Terriers. They are 5,4, and 3 years old and are well behaved and dog friendly. I'll slowly introduce them to your dog so as not to overwhelm your pup. I am well versed in dog behavior and know when a dog is not comfortable and needs some space. My husband and I live in a two bedroom house with a 1/4 acre backyard. We have agility equipment, lots of balls to throw around, a spring pole, and more to play with your dog. We have a two small children who are not allowed to do anything more than gently pet. Why I love dog sitting All my life. I've been training dogs since I was a child. I did not get to participate in training classes or shows until my adult life. I try to always have at least one of my dogs in classes. I've worked at a couple dog kennels and a few vet clinics and I am comfortable with all breeds of dogs. About my yard My backyard is 1/4 acre completely fenced. We don't let the dogs out when no one is back there, they are always watched. There is plenty of room to run circuits around the yard. It is grass with dirt patches from lots of play. My experience administering medication Yes I am comfortable giving pills, insulin, and anything else you could throw at me.
