Greetings! I have been around animals the majority of my life which ranges from horses to hamsters. I have had my dog (Patty) since she was eight months old. She loves attention and playing, but she also enjoys meeting new friends. Everyone loves her and can make anyone’s day better. I have done pet sitting in the past. I have a flexible schedule so I can ensure that your fur child is taken care of properly while you are away. Your fur child will be spoiled as if he/she is one of my own. Ouida was very accommodating. She sent pictures regularly. Our dog appear to be very comfortable with Ouida and played well with Ouida's dog. We would definitely use her again.

We had just moved to the Indianapolis area a week before needing to leave our rather anxious Jack Russel with Ouida in order to attend a family wedding. From the minute we walked in the door, Lila was right at home and we loved getting pictures of her throughout the weekend, letting us know that she was happy and relaxed. Finding a good dog sitter was at the top of our list when moving to a new home, and we are delighted to have found the perfect one with Ouida!

Depending on the situation, I usually allow the animals to acclimate to me first before introducing them to any new environment. I always take the animals for long walks (weather permitting) and will play fetch or tug rope.
