Otis did a fantastic job looking after our two dogs during the 10 days we were away. Not only did he provide them with great company and ensure they were well-fed and happy, but he also took special care of our senior dog, administering medication as required. We highly recommend Otis!

We've never left a bad review of a pet sitter, but we were extremely unhappy by what we found when we returned home today. We left detailed instructions for everything, but it appears none of those instructions were followed. This includes crucial instructions on medication for our 18-year-old cat, which Otis seems to have ignored. We had asked that the food bowls be washed out daily; both were overflowing with old, moldy food. We had asked that he keep the toilet lids down; both were up. We had specified that our older cat gets only half a pill at night; we suspect he got the pills twice a day. It's not easy for us to trust someone to look after our two senior cats, and an experience like this makes it even harder. We definitely won't be booking Otis again. We'd have given one star, but he did leave the house relatively clean. So that's something.
