As a first time user of Rover we were a little nervous leaving our two old babies with someone. But even from our initial interaction/conversation with Orianna our nerves were settled. During their stay, Orianna was very responsive and sent plenty of pictures to let us know how everything was going. My dogs are older and cannot do many steps, so it was perfect that they could walk around the house and straight onto the deck to enjoy the sun without having to climb up/down. She also gave medication as instructed which was awesome. I have full confidence that Orianna would keep me informed of the good and the “bad” if anything were to happen. It’s very nice to have peace of mind knowing our babies were well taken care of while we were away. I would definitely recommend Orianna and plan to use her again in the future.

Orianna and her partner were amazing sitters! This trip was the longest I had left my dog and I felt totally comfortable leaving her in their care. My dog doesn't always eat food in new places, so they had no problem mixing wet treats into her food to encourage her to eat. My pup loved hanging out in their backyard and helping them with yard work. I could tell from the pictures they sent that my dog was nice and tired at the end of each day, and ready for evening cuddles. Orianna and her partner sent tons of updates with pictures so I never had to wonder how she was doing. You can tell that they truly love animals AND have the experience necessary to properly care for them. Orianna observed a small dry patch on my dog's leg and checked with me to make sure it was nothing to worry about. My dog was excited to see me when I got back but I know she was also sad to leave the sitters! I look forward to using Orianna's services again in the future.
