The worst dog sitting experience by far. Because my regular sitters were unavailable, I decided to take a chance on someone new. At the last minute Omar communicated that he wouldn't be available to greet us but his wife/girlfriend would. The address in Omari's profile did not include a unit # so I naturally assumed it was a house. It wasn't. We had me to knock on 12 doors to do the right townhome because Omari wasn't answering texts or calls. But we had actually knocked on the right door twice yet no one answered. After 20 minutes Omari finally called me back, then called the girlfriend (who was in the house sleeping although she was expecting our arrival) to answer the door. The home was a mess! Only because I was in a bind, did I go ahead and leave my dog there. I told the girlfriend when we were planning to return but that did not Omar from texting me several times to ask when we were picking up Riley, we're we on schedule, just checking in. He obviously had plans that were more important than sitting my dog and if that was the case, then he should not have accepted the job. I contacted Omari to let him know we were running a little later than expected and then again when we were 10 minutes from his home. He never mentioned that he needed to run out or that the times I provided for pick up we're a problem. We arrived and no one was home. Omari texted that he had to run an errand and he was sending someone to open the house and give us Riley. So, he wasn't home when we dropped Riley off, he wasn't home when we picked up. And all Omari could provide was excuse after excuse, apology after apology. Unacceprable and NEVER AGAIN!
