Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs, a silly cockatiel and a couple of turtles and at a young age, understood responsibility and caring for animals. I carried that mindset into my adult years and once I got my own dogs, they were truly family to me and my partner, Garrick. Our golden retriever mix was over 15 years old when he passed recently. We miss him and having a dog to play, love and be with. We look forward to the opportunity of welcoming your furry loved one and spoiling them with love and care. I've personally raised several puppies, including house training and basic commands. I have experience with senior dog care, including administering medication, immobility, and incontinence.

Olivia and her partner Garrick treated my fur baby like she was their own. She followed my directions to a T and asked all the right questions when I dropped her off. Maya had so much fun while we were gone! We will definitely be booking them again in the future. Can’t recommend them enough!

My pup really enjoyed her time with Olivia and Garrick. They are both very sweet and gentle with Maya. Olivia did a great job updating me on how she was doing and asked all the questions to make sure she had a good understanding of her personality. We will definitely be seeing them again!
Olivia is one of very few people I would trust with my fur babies while I’m away. With her, I know that I can be worry free because they will be taken care of as if they were her own and she can handle any emergencies that may arise. Olivia’s lifelong love for dogs is apparent in her interactions with my dogs. I have large dogs and she can handle them on walks, while playing, meal times, and more with ease and care. Importantly, she follows my desired care instructions to a T and will let me know of any changes to my dog’s schedules or habits that may be of concern. Picture updates are a highlight when I’m away! I can visibly see that my dogs are happy. Olivia is the best!

What do they not like/scared of? What is their normal routine? Do they have special needs or allergies? Are they friendly with other people and pets?
A typical day
I walk my neighborhood every day and would love to take your baby with me! I'm within walking distance of the beach and ocean, and a short driving distance from parks where we can run and play. At home, I enjoy playing catch, tug-o-war or just playing with their toys for continued stimulation.

Availability
I work part-time and otherwise am home and flexible with my schedule. Garrick works from home and will be here when I am not. I lead a fairly active life and love being outdoors - hiking or at the beach/ocean. It would be no problem for me to take your pup for long walks or have play time at a local park or beach. I love cuddle and play time at home too!
