I have loved dogs all of my life. I have taken care of my neighbor's new puppy while they were away at work, stopping by at least three times a day to take her on walks, feed her, and play with her so she was tuckered out at the end of the day. I have also helped take care of a family friend's dog who was older and needed additional love and care. Once, when I was about 8, my parents found a dog that had escaped its home. We kept him overnight to make sure we could reach the owners. In the morning, I stayed with him in our garage to keep him company, and I was the first one to offer to take him on a walk. I had, and still have, dedication to loving and taking care of dogs!
