Pet care experience
Hello, my name is Olivia Woods and I am 25 years old. I currently live in Mountain City, TN with my husband Andy. I have taken care of pets since I was 16. I have always owned dogs, cats, and small animals growing up. I started working at Animal Medical Center of Boone when I was 16 as a kennel technician. I took care of our client’s pets while they were gone on vacations or family emergencies. My tasks included giving medications (including insulin injections), feeding, bathing, cleaning up messes, leash walking for outside time/ potty breaks. I currently still work at Animal Medical Center of Boone as a Veterinarian Technician now.

Certainly! Here's a revised version reflecting that you dropped Gup off for the day: Our experience with Olivia, even just for a day, was wonderful. We dropped off our pug, Gup, with her and right from the start, it was evident that she has a genuine love for animals. Olivia was welcoming and professional, making the drop-off process smooth and reassuring for both us and Gup. Throughout the day, Olivia kept us in the loop with a lots of delightful photos and updates, showing us how well Gup was adapting and enjoying her time.
Olivia did a great job caring for Lola. She sent updates and pictures a couple times per day and was quick to respond whenever I texted to check up on her. Lola is a handful plus and had plenty of exercise and socialization with the other dogs.
Olivia has done it again this is our second time using her and she exceeded expectations! She takes such sweet care of our fur baby and loves her like her own!

I have several options that you can pick from depending on what your normal care is for your pet at home. I currently own a covered dog lot outside of my house. I do own several crates inside. I do offer free range in my home. I do own 4 dogs and 2 cats. I own 2 miniature dachshunds (Pongo and Odie), a basset hound (Waylon), and a Great Dane (Bruce). The two bigger dogs stay outside during the day on our electric fence (according to the weather) and the two miniature dachshunds stay inside. I can move my dogs around if needed to accommodate arrangements for your pet. My dogs are fully vaccinated and I can provide proof of that. They are all neutered as well. They are all dog friendly, so if your pet loves company this will be perfect for you. *Due to the safety of all pets I cannot watch aggressive dogs.*

Let me know if your dog has any special needs. I can care for any diabetics, seniors, and dogs with any disabilities. This includes blindness, deafness, neurological issues, and prosthetics. *For the safety of all pets, I do require proof of a current rabies vaccine.*
A typical day
I have my own farm below the house, so I have plenty of room to take the pups on nature walks and there is the Gentry Creek Falls hiking trail 10 minutes from my house. If any of the smaller dogs need a shorter walk there is the park where I like to take them. They will always be on leashes. After we are through walking I like to reward with treats (if it’s ok with you) and cuddles. I have a closed in deck to go sit out on if it’s nice outside. If there is any specific activities you would like for me to do with your dog, you can let me know.

I am only working on Mondays at Animal Medical Center of Boone for right now. My husband and I have our own farm to take care of so we are home about every weekend. My husband and I work as a team to provide care to all of the pets we watch. Your pet will never be alone because one of us will always be home.
