Hello, I’m Olivia. When I pet sit, I strive to provide a safe and caring environment for the animals I look after. I view dogs and cats as life companions and hope to educate others on best practices for interacting with and raising them. I always want to learn more about effective training techniques from other owners! I’ve cared for and raised three dogs over the past 20 years, and they have been my best friends. I frequently pet sit my friends' dogs as well as pups from the local animal shelter. I also regularly volunteer at the animal shelter and have been a volunteer dog walker for eight years. I have experience administering medications to animals, have fostered three rescues until they were ready to be adopted by other loving families, and have rescued a 13 yo cat. At my current house, I have access to several safe trails and dog parks. When house sitting for others, I enjoy a safe, well-lit neighborhood with plenty of walking paths and areas to run around. As a medical student, I am able to provide cohesive care and companionship for your pups and cats! My schedule is largely routine, and I would love to be able to care for your animals like you would and provide them a safe, happy environment while you are away.
