I could not be happier with Olivia! She was absolutely fantastic in every way. I had our pet sitter ( from Rover!) cancel last minute and Olivia replied immediately and very late at night. My first experience with a sitter( he had five starts and 15 reviews!) on Rover back in November was not great at all, so I was SUPER worried this time. But WOW. Olivia really showed great care for my 13 yo pup, Hanna, and was very descriptive in her messages to me. She came before hand to meet her , go over feeding , and the alarm system. We had a really long and lovely chat and she was super sweet with my toddler who was obsessed with her and would not leave her be! Having a schedule with an older dog is SO so so important and she was here EVERY day on time. We have cameras everywhere and I got to see her being so sweet with her. Spending the full time and just lying on the floor next to Hanna when she was sleeping. We had our smoke alarm going off for hours and she was willing to come problem solve during her night visit ( a neighbor fixed it, thankfully) but she was responsive and happy to help! By far, she has been the best pet sitter I’ve had. I'm definitely going to hope and pray that she's available for future trips.
