I grew up in Fowlerville, a small village about 45 minutes East of Lansing. Growing up in the country I became involved in 4-H. Through 4-H I raised a variety of animals. When I was growing up we always had a minimum of three dogs. Currently, I only have cats due to my small apartment. I have dog sat in the past for neighbors and really enjoyed spending time with their pets. When I was in college volunteered at animal shelters walking dogs because we weren't allowed pets in the dorms. I work with seniors who have dementia. At my senior living facility I work with theorapy dogs on a daily basis. With signing up to provide this service I hope to be able to make some extra money to support my desire to travel.
