Trixie was comfortable with Olivia from the very first minute, which made me feel a lot more comfortable. Olivia’s communication was timely and clear. She kept us up to date during Trixie’s stay, so we never had to worry about what was going on. She sent lots of photos and it was clear that Trixie was feeling comfortable and safe, and that she was getting lots of love and attention. Overall it was a very good service experience. Can definitely recommend Olivia and will definitely make use of her services again.
Olivia is absolutely wonderful. Her love for animals is quite obvious, as is her respect for her clients. She made sure she asked about everything at our meet prior to sitting. Then when she watched our two cats for a few days, I received photos, updates about everything (any messes, demeanor of my babies that visit, etc) and she used Rover Card promptly after each visit. Truthfully I did not even know what Rover Card was because previous sitters had not used it! I highly recommend Olivia (but hate to admit that in fear that she will get booked up!). We will be requesting her services again next time. Thanks Olivia :)
Olivia has been amazing looking after our 2 cats. Finding someone in the same village as us really helped as well. She always sent us pictures of the cats which really settled our nervous in knowing that they were ok at home without us. Olivia is really trustworthy and I feel very happy to leave her with the cats as and when we go away. She is easily contactable and always replied to us. 10/10. We will continue to use Olivia as much as we can when needed!!!
This is the first time we have used Rover, and being precious about our gorgeous dog and cat and of our house we wanted to ensure we got the right person. Olivia and her husband Rufel were outstanding. At the meet and greet I was instantly put at ease with trusting Olivia with our pets and home. With prompt replies and great time keeping everything went smoothly from start to end. Olivia attention to detail was superb ensuring we provided all she needed to know about our pets to ensure they felt looked after. We will be using Olivia again and recommending to friends and the community within our village.

There will always be someone at home as my husband works at home and I also have so many days a week at home Therefore we have spare time to pet sit therefore it fits perfectly into our family schedule We also love animals and treat all animals like we would our own.
