Pet care experience
I’ve pet sat for friends and neighbors and always had a good experience — this includes house sitting for cats and dogs (separately), walking dogs (at most 2 at a time), hosting doggy play dates, and more! I currently don’t have any pets, but I spent 2021-23 raising a shiba pup in san francisco; focused a lot on city desensitizing, addressing his social anxiety, and off leash training 🐕

A typical day
play time! whether that’s indoors with specific dog toys, mini training sessions, lick pads, or whatever your dog prefers. walks should be coordinated with owner to ensure that dogs are comfortable on their walking path. I’m open to walking the same route or doing something new and different to help explore and stimulate the dog outdoors better. I’m also open to going to preferred dog parks but with owner’s discretion.

I work from home and have a flexible working schedule. Would love to spend my flexible schedule to be accompanied by pets - whether that’s staying at home with them, going on walks around the neighborhood/along the water, or going to their favorite dog park or regular park.
