Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Olivia, and I am here for your pet sitting needs! Growing up, I had both cats and a dog, but I have also cared for reptiles and rodents in a professional environment. My family's dog was a very energetic, very sweet and loving pitbull-terrier mix who taught me everything I know about caring for a dog. Since he passed, I've noticed a huge gap in my life now that I don't have a dog to care for. And since my apartment doesn't allow for dogs, I would love to help take care of somebody else's! I have experience with dogs ranging from 5 pounds to 90, from ages 6 months to 13 years. I have experience giving oral medication to dogs and I am more than happy to educate myself to accommodate any special needs your dog has! Olivia met us on short notice after our first sitter cancelled due to an injury. She has excellent communication and really seemed to enjoy our cat and dog. She contacted us with questions about potentially abnormal health issues. Everything was fine but we appreciated her concern and outreach. It have as easily been something that needed medical attention. She also kept our herb garden alive. We would hire Olivia again.
Olivia did a great job taking care of Uma! She sent me updates often, as well as pictures. At one point Uma seemed to have eaten something that upset her stomach, and Olivia made sure to inform me. She made sure Uma made a swift recovery, and kept me in the loop as to what was happening. Thanks to Olivia I was able to enjoy my vacation without having to worry about Uma being alone at home. I definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter!

I love to know their favorite toy, if they'll like to curl up with, they're favorite walking route, etc. I want for your pet to have the best experience they can have while they're away from their best friend. Also let me know their less fun habits! If they get anxious, if they are not 100% house trained, if they nip. Anything you can tell me will help me create the most enjoyable experience for your pet.
A typical day
As a dog sitter, I will devote all the time and energy I can to your pet. If you get to go on a vacation, why shouldn't they? We will play as much as they want and go for long walks, and even to their favorite dog park (if they have one!). Your dog deserves to be pampered while you're gone -hopefully it will make missing you be a little easier for them!
