It takes a looooong time for my dog to accept someone, especially inside her home. Olivia was so patient and tenacious, and continued to build trust until now Pearl truly loves her. My dog has those wonderful instincts that pick up on stress or pain, and usually she saves her special cuddles for my sister and me. But when Olivia was recovering from an injury this winter, Pearl stayed by her side to offer comfort. Plus, she is reliable to walk Pearl at her pace (sometimes fast, sometimes frequently paused for sniffing) for the amount of time it takes to spend her energy and get her business done. Olivia has been a lifesaver for my sister and me when our work schedules pull us both out of town but also in the short term when Pearl needs an afternoon walk. Olivia is an animal lover and has always had a passion for caring for them as long as I can remember. She's rescued her own dog which has become her child and I wouldn't want anyone else to look after my own if I had a choice. MK
