Pet care experience
My love of pets began when I was a young girl. This love drove me to pursue a high school education at The Catlin Gabel School, in Portland, Oregon, with tailored academics focusing on veterinary medicine and animal-focused volunteering. In addition to growing up on a farm and working in an equestrian facility riding and training horses, I volunteered regularly at the Oregon Humane Society. This included walking and grooming dogs, as well as working with long-term canine residents on behavior to help increase their chance of adoption. Additionally, I worked with dog trainers specializing in the French Ring sport, and Schutzhund. My spouse and I currently have a senior Yellow Lab, a Standard Poodle mix, and an English Cream Retriever. I love all things outdoors, and would love to include your pet if you’d like!
