Pet care experience
For as long as I can remember, I have lived in a house with dogs of all sizes, ages, and breeds. I have dealt with everything from getting our sleepy 5 year old Bloodhound to get up and run around to convincing our 1 year old German Shorthaired Pointer to stop running around and get sleepy. Volunteering each Saturday with the Henrico Humane Society for the past few months has also helped me to understand each dog's specific personality and needs very quickly, yet comprehensively. Currently, I am a college student in Savannah, Georgia. However, we operate on quarter scheduling, which allows me to stay home from Thanksgiving through New Years (7 weeks), therefore I can easily cover any holiday trip needs as well as the summertime. Three of my family's four dogs, along with my sister's new Golden Retriever, have been with us since 8 weeks, allowing me to fully experience each stage of puppyhood all of the way through caring for our older dogs.

Olivia has been a great dogsitter for us. She is responsible and dependable. She enjoys taking them on long walks and socializing them. She is also patient with our beagle when he is in a stubborn mood.
Olivia has been around pets her entire life. She has had lots of different animals from Geckos to Hedgehogs to fish to cats and dogs. She has been a volunteer for the Henrico Humane Society helping dogs get placed as well. There are 4 family dogs which she has helped care for since they were 8 week puppies. She is great with dogs.
On numerous occasions, Olivia has cared for my large (80 lbs.), 13 year old dog. He has chronic hip issues and is a very picky eater, yet Olivia treats all dogs as if they are her own. In fact, she knows how to take care of almost any dog because she has 4 of her own at home. Olivia is any dog-owner's dream pet-sitter since she pays great attention to detail, keeps dogs active & engaged, is very experienced, and likely loves animals more than humans. I highly recommend.

At my mom's house in Hanover, VA, we live on 12 acres with plenty of trails. I've raised my own dogs on those trails and would love to walk your dogs on them as well! My sister's golden was also a huge fan of Starbucks Puppuchinos trips, so those are a possible treat as well (with owner's approval, of course).
