Pet care experience
I grew up with a dog in my family since I was 10! I even took her to college with me for a few months... so I'm familiar with dogs. I also have 2 young cats of my own so I am intimately familiar with how cats work as well. If you ask any of my family members or friends they'll tell you how much love I give to every animal I meet. I have been working in the human ER for a while now which has led me to study up on animal emergencies and urgent situations so I can respond appropriately :)

Unfortunately, I am not able to bring pets into my home due to landlord restrictions, but I have reliable transportation where I would be able to travel to hang/walk with your fur baby!
Information Olivia G. would like to know about your pet
I would love to know anything and everything your pet likes and dislikes! I want to make sure they’re comfortable with me in their space and don’t want to accidentally cross any of their boundaries. Another thing is any behaviors to watch out for. Like if your fur child is an escape artist and will try to bolt into the hall as soon as I crack the door (lol) Other things I would love to know are the basics— i.e. where is the food kept & potentially spoons for wet food, if you want me to scoop their litter, where their favorite toy is, etc
A typical day
For cats, I will do anything they seem to be intrigued by!! I love wand toy games and laser pointers but I also love a good cuddle & pet sesh or a beg for their attention while they ignore me and look out the window moment. For dogs, I love to play anything dogs seem to enjoy. I like to switch up where I walk to keep things entertaining and engaging. However, some of my favorite places to go are ones where there are not a lot of interruptions (i.e. not having to stop and wait for stoplights to change or for cars to pass, etc).

I am a full time nurse so my scheduling is based on that! I am an extreme morning person, so I would love to check in on your fur baby before I go to work :) I have my calendar set to default say I’m unavailable, but please feel to reach out if you’re flexible with the timing of your visit!
