Olivia was wonderful with my three German Shepherds! She sent me tons of pictures, took great care of them and was lovely. She followed all of my doggo care instructions perfectly and I could tell they were happy when I got home! Would definitely recommend her and will use her again when we’re in the area

First thing, I contacted the sitter day before to make sure she was still coming and asked if she needed anything, and she said no. I leave for the airport early in the am and locked up the house and had given her the code to get in. I'm sitting on a plane getting ready to take off and she texts me...Whats the code again?...I was minutes from taking off, and if I didn't see this text, she wouldn't of been able to get in until after 11am. Very poor from the start. Then I come home after thinking I was paying for a person to stay with my dogs for 3 days in-home sitter. Not sure how much the sitter was actually at the house. My dogs peed once in the house and once in the indoor patio area that I know of. My dogs never pee in the house and can hold urine for 8hrs. Also when I came home, the sitter left large pizza days old (only 1 slice was eaten) laying on the kitchen counter along with peed-soaked paper towels in a bag, and some type of deep-fried food on the kitchen counter. She was given a separate bedroom to sleep in but decided to sleep in my recliner, and then just left the recliner stretched out with blankets rumpled up on top. I have a feeling that my dogs were not properly cared for per my in-home sitter expectations. I will not be recommending this sitter.
