I have used Olivia as a house and cat sitter multiple times. I have been consistently impressed with how reliable and trustworthy she is as well as how she goes above and beyond. She not only leaves my apartment in a condition that is as good or better than when I left it she also will do things like send me photos, videos, and updates so I can have peace of mind knowing my cat is happy and in good hands. Olivia is also extremely patient, answering all my neurotic questions while I am traveling and miss my pet. I cannot recommend Olivia highly enough- she's amazing!

Olivia is one of the most thoughtful and caring individuals I've met in San Francisco. She's smart, grounded, and a problem solver. Sure, anyone can say these things so let me back them up with stories: Olivia very happily agreed to watch a housemate's dog for an extended period of time when he went out of the country. During those weeks, she treated Piper as her own. She was attune to Piper's personality and catered to whatever made her feel most comfortable. For example, we took both Piper and my dog (a pit mix 10x the size) camping. We met for a walk on neutral territory, Olivia made a bed out of blankets by her feet in the front seat for the drive, and even put Piper in her backpack when the little pup got tired of hiking. My dog ended up getting injured on the trail and Olivia continually offered to help carry him and propose other solutions to get the whole "pack" to the car in 1 piece. Olivia has grown up with dogs and knows how to treat them with a balance of kindness and assertiveness. She is also humble in asking questions if she doesn't know the answer. I'll conclude with saying I am the most overprotective dog mom in the world but feel 100% comfortable with him in Olivia's care.
