Pet care experience
I have always been surrounded by animals from cats, dogs, horses, birds, and reptiles. I worked at a kennel for 1.5 years where I groomed, cared for, and trained dogs before coming to North Bay for school. Working at a kennel I have gained a lot of experience in approaching cats & dogs, learning their personalities, and building trust with them and their owners. This job is perfect for me because I love being active outdoors and being involved with animals. Also, being away from home I am missing my own fur baby!

Olivia worked at a kennel for over a year, where she took care of dogs, groomed and trained them. When she was young she would befriend her neighbours with dogs just so she could go on walks with them to spend time with the dogs 😂. Also Olivia would take care of her neighbours pets while they were away. She loves being outdoors and caring for her own pets, her patience with animals is unmatched, her dog is the best trained dog I have ever seen. She also has experience with cats, horses, birds, small animals and reptiles.

My building does not allow pets but I would be more than happy to come to you! When I’m at home I take my dog for runs or bring her to a dog park where she can socialize and hopefully lose a bit of energy!

Availability
Although I am a full-time student, I have many afternoon classes which allows me to get work done and get outside before my classes start. This makes for a perfect mid-day break for your pets while you’re away!
