We booked Olivia specifically to drop in on our cat, Kili for 10 days while we were on vacation. We knew Olivia was primarily a dog person and Kili doesn’t normally take well to strangers so we just wanted her to make sure he was eating at to refill his food and water daily, figuring he’d most likely never show. Olivia came by the day before just to meet him and as expected, he wasn’t overly enthused about the stranger in his home. What was unexpected was that from the first day we were gone, he let her pet him and brush him and acted happy to see her.l as evidenced by the photos she voluntarily sent us. On the tenth day, he rubbed his face on her before she left, which says a lot coming from a cat like him. Olivia also went the extra mile and brought our mail and packages inside, cleaned his litter box even though we told her that wasn’t necessary, and took the time to play with him and brush him. We will definitely rebook with Olivia next time we have the need.

Olivia has been taking care of our Chocolate Lab (Heidi) for ten years. She has a very strong and deep passion for animals and does a great job taking care of our girl when we're out of town. She not only does what is asked of her but goes above and beyond the call when she deems necessary. During one time that Heidi was in her care, our area experienced some intense storms which also included a tornado warning. She came to our house, picked up Heidi and took her to her own home where they could seek shelter in the basement until the storms passed. We would highly recommend Olivia's services when considering a responsible, truly caring person to care for the family members we call "our pets".
