Drop-in visits: I have several years experience of doing drop-in visits, all day stays and overnight stays for all kinds of dogs, big and small. Neighbours, family and friends have relied on me to walk, feed, play, and take care of their pets, whether they were gone for just a couple of hours or a 2 week long vacation. Walks: I have been walking dogs for as long as I can remember! From friends and family members to neighbors down the street, I have years of experience walking dogs of all sizes and behaviors. I have attended many training and obedience classes with friends' dogs, which has taught me alot about dogs & their behavior, and how to handle things like reactivity. I have experience with dogs of all ages, ranging from training and playing with 8 week old puppies to giving daily medication to 11 year old dogs. Because each dog is different, each walk is different. I have experience with and am comfortable walking dogs with different needs & personalities. For example, a walk with my friend's dog-reactive Australian Shepherd is completely different from a walk with another friend's Golden Retriever who loves everyone, and is different from a walk with my cousin's Standard Poodle who's timid around strangers. I am able to cater to the individual needs of each dog that I care for, and ensuring that they are safe & happy is my #1 priority :)
