Pet care experience
I have been caring for pets of neighbors, friends, and community members for the past 11 years. I have worked with dogs, cats, horses, goats, and donkeys. I have worked in households that have as many as 9 animals, so I am skilled in caring for multiple pets at a time and maintaining their individual feeding, grooming, exercise, and medication needs. Additionally, I have worked with elderly dogs and horses that require specific medications and care schedules.

Olivia was so wonderful with our sweet aging pups. She did a meet and greet and was very familiar with aging dogs and we felt comfortable immediately. She helped us in short notice and was very friendly and responsible. We will definitely ask Olivia to stay with our pets again!

Olivia has always been an animal lover! She is extremely sensitive and compassionate with pets and always goes above and beyond when caring for pets. She tends to talk with them as if they are human. Depending on the client wishes and the needs of pets, I offer overnight stays, drop-ins, and walks. Prior to caring for pets, I ensure I communicate with clients to understand the specific needs of their pets. While caring for pets, I check in with clients if any questions arise and to let them know how their pets are doing.

Let me know if your dog has any special needs/accommodations. If you have multiple dogs/pets let me know if there is any power dynamic between them so I can keep them safe and happy (for example, some dogs need to be separated while eating). For dog-walking, let me know if your dog does poorly or is aggressive around cars, people, and other dogs.
A typical day
I often play fetch, go on walks, and give belly rubs/lots of attention to dogs. I notice dogs who are missing their owners are most comfortable and at ease when doing activities that are familiar to them. With this in mind, I try to keep pets engaged in activities that they often do with their owners, such as if their owner typically uses certain toys or goes on walks in particular areas.
