I can not recommend Olivia enough! I reached out with only a few days notice for an overnight stay for our two dogs and she was quick to reply and set up a meet and greet. During our meet and greet, Olivia was wonderful with our dogs - she was knowledgeable about animals, asked really good questions, was petting/playing with the dogs, and overall very friendly! She arrived right when she said she would and provided updates throughout the stay.
Olivia kept me updated daily after the walks. Was courteous and punctual.
Olivia was excellent with our cats. She really knows animals. I could tell they interacted well with her from how they were when we got home. They were happy but not clingy as they might be if they had felt neglected. We will definitely book with Olivia again.
Cannot say enough nice things about Olivia! She was so loving to our pup and so helpful when we were unsure of what exact time we’d be leaving and coming home. We appreciated the pictures and frequent check-ins. And she’s very resourceful & caring! We will definitely have her as our Rover again!!
