Pet care experience
My whole family has had dogs my entire life so Im used to having them around all the time. I also worked at Petco for about a year during the Covid lockdown where I learned pretty much anything I didn’t already know about household pets. And lastly my sister and I have been taking care of our upstairs neighbors dogs every weekend since 2021 so I think we’re getting pretty good at this. I also have had a Leopard Gecko since I was 10 years old. As previously mentioned my sister and I take care of our neighbors dog every weekend. This includes feeding twice a day, walking 3 times a day, and then just kinda hanging out with them for an hour or two every now and then. Also my extended family is full of dogs so I see all kinds of dogs 2 to 3 times a week and my family got a kitten over covid so I see that rascal every day. I’m very used to the process of feeding, walking, and playing with any dog or cat. Some pets require more than others but I’m very quick to adapt to any specialties. I’m always respectful of a clients needs and I would never go against what I’m told to do.

Oliver is my go-to for dog sitting. When he takes care of my dog, Oliver spends quality time with him and makes sure he's in good company. Oliver has always been available to stay at my place to take care of my dog and it's such a relief that my dog can stay where he's comfortable with someone who's going to be there for him. Oliver is so respectful, reliable, compassionate, and I would highly recommend him to take care of any pet.
Oliver has watched my dogs on three different occasions, for as long as 5 days at a time. He was great with checking in with us to let us know they were healthy and happy! We came home to two very happy and healthy pups! He’s my first choice by far every time we need to leave our pups for a trip.
Oliver has been a tremendous help, he helps take car of my two dogs whenever I have to go out of town. Both dogs love him and I have never had anything to complain about when he watches them.
Oliver is a very responsible young man who has taken care of animals throughout his life. He has a cat now that he takes good care of and has house sitted for several families who have several dogs. I have no doubt that he would be a valuable addition to your team.

I don’t really have a back yard for my apartment building so when I take care of my neighbors dogs I’ll usually take them to the park about 2 blocks away. The park is fenced off so they can run around freely but I always keep an eye on them. One dog is trained a lot more than the other so I let that one run around a bit more freely.

It’s always important to know a dogs eating and walking habits first. Next I always ask if the dog is comfortable around other dogs. Then I always ask what the dog likes to do and what it’s typically allowed to do (can it go on the furniture?).
A typical day
As previously mentioned I love going to parks with dogs, especially playful dogs. I typically try to find what the dog likes doing most. Whether it’s typical fetch or playing with other dogs or even just chasing me around I always have fun if the dog is having fun.

Availability
Pet care is a huge part of my weekly routine. I’m constantly taking care of my own cat while also caring for my neighbors dogs every weekend. I also have my leopard gecko which isn’t much work but it still needs to be tended to all the time.
