Pet care experience
*NOTE: I only charge extra for Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays and only a little amount for every extra dog. I have done plenty of house and pet sitting in the past, but it's the first time on this app :) For years and years, neighbors, friends and family have relied on me when they were busy with work or went away for a little holiday. And I do it because I love doing it. I have always felt I have a special connection with animals, but especially with cats and dogs. I can guarantee your pets will be in good hands with me. Pets have always been very present in my family. We've probably had 10 dogs and 20 cats in the past -not at the same time lol- but animals have always been a big part of my life. I have some formal training in dog training and I am very comfortable around them, from the smallest chihuahuas to the giant great danes. Dogs can feel our energy, so I believe it is important to be friendly, but also calm and confident around them. And if it's a good match, you become best friends for life :) I have social media and also a profile on TrustedHousesitters.

Oliver was fantastic with our 3 dogs, at very short notice; 3 lab mixes and a new 110 lb foster . All 3 dogs loved him from the first moment. Oliver took the new foster on a beautiful, long walk and was able to give me feedback on how Archie behaved on leash. All 3 dogs were happily tired out when we returned. I will definitely use Oliver again, and I have already referred him to a friend!

Oliver has taken care of my house and pets during multiple occasions. Some of the responsibilities that he assisted with were caring for my doggies, my cat watering my plants and keeping my home clean and tidy. He would often send me pictures of my dogs at the beach and hiking. He also happens to be a great photographer and took some wonderful professional photographs of my dogs as well. I would recommend Oliver to any homeowner.

A typical day
I am also a personal trainer and I love hiking so, if your doggie loves the trails, we will have a blast together. I can do pack walking and can exercise on and off the leash according to your dog's needs. Common locations include Douglas preserve, Elings park, hiking trails behind Montecito (rattlesnake canyon, seven falls, etc) and beaches. Nature and freedom at its best :) I have recently started doing pet photography as well, so more often than not I'll come back from walks with a few cool snaps of your pup too!

I just got back to Santa Barbara after traveling for a few months and I am currently taking a break from work -I'm a professional photographer-, so I am 100% flexible and I will be available around SB throughout the summer.
